How it works

One person looks after you from the first message to the follow-up call.

  1. Step 1

    Plan

Tell us your age, goals and travel dates. We help you choose a package with the hospital's medical team, without tests you don't need.

  2. Step 2

    Book

We book at the hospital's own price and send your prep guide: fasting, bowel prep, sedation and flight timing.

  3. Step 3

    Checkup day

We meet you at the center and interpret through the morning. Most packages take 3 to 4 hours.

  4. Step 4

    Results and after

We interpret your doctor's consultation, send an English summary and your images, and check in at 30 and 90 days.

Three things we always do

The hospital's own price

You pay the hospital directly, at its own price. Our fee is separate and shown in full before you book. If a hospital pays us a referral fee, we tell you the amount.

Results you understand

Your doctor explains the results. We interpret, then send a plain-English summary and a letter for your doctor at home.

Someone to call after you fly home

We check in at 30 and 90 days. If a finding needs follow-up, we help you book a specialist in Seoul or send the details your doctor at home needs.

Three levels of help

Choose how much support you want. We publish 2027 prices before bookings open, and people on our update list see them first.

Questions

Are you a hospital or a clinic?

No. Seoul Baseline is an independent concierge. Licensed doctors at the hospital perform every exam and explain your results. We plan, interpret and follow up.

How much will it cost?

It depends on the hospital and package you choose. Before you book, you see the hospital's own price and our fee, in full. We publish 2027 prices before bookings open, and people on our update list see them first.

Do you add a markup to hospital prices?

No. You pay the hospital's own price directly to the hospital. Our service fee is separate. If a hospital pays us a referral fee, we tell you how much.

Will my results be in English?

The hospital issues the official report, and many centers provide it in English. We add a plain-English summary of your doctor's findings and help you collect your images for your doctor at home.

How long should I plan to stay in Korea?

Plan at least 3 to 4 days. If your package includes a colonoscopy, your doctor may advise waiting before a long flight, especially if polyps are removed. We plan your dates around that.

Can my partner or parents come too?

Yes. We schedule family members on the same day, at a reduced service fee for each additional person.

When can I book?

Bookings open in January 2027, once we complete registration as a foreign patient facilitator in Korea. Leave your email and we will tell you first.

Can we talk in Korean?

Yes. If you or your parents prefer Korean, we can do everything in Korean, from booking to your results.
