What we don't collect

No health information. Please don't send medical details, records or test results through the form or by email. If you do, we delete them. If you book later, we ask only for what the hospital and we need, tell you who receives it, and ask for your explicit consent first.

  • No cookies and no advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and doesn't follow you across sites.
  • No buying or selling of contact lists. We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

Who handles your information

  • Tally (Tally BV, Belgium) runs the form on our home page and stores your responses in the EU. Tally emails us an alert for each new response through SendGrid in the US.
  • Our email provider carries our replies and update emails.
  • Google Fonts: this site loads its fonts from Google, so your browser connects to Google's servers.
  • Cloudflare (US) hosts this site. Like any web host it processes your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks, and it gives us cookie-free visit counts: pages viewed, the site you came from, your country and browser type. We can't identify you from them.

If we add or change a service that handles your information, we update this page first.

Transfer outside Korea

When you submit the form, your responses travel over an encrypted connection to Tally and are stored in the EU, outside Korea. The information is the items listed above, the purpose is storing your responses for us, and it is kept for the periods above.

Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes connection data such as your IP address on its servers worldwide, including in the US, each time you open a page.

You can say no to this transfer by not submitting the form, and you can ask us to delete your responses at any time. If you'd rather not use the form, tell us when we first speak and we'll find another way.

Your rights

  • See the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it.
  • Stop launch updates at any time: reply “unsubscribe” to any email from us.
  • Ask us to stop using your information for any purpose.

We respond within 10 days. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can contact the authority where you live. In Korea, that is the Personal Information Protection Commission, or the KISA Privacy Center (privacy.kisa.or.kr, phone 118). In the EU or UK, it is your local data protection authority.

Seoul Baseline is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change this notice, we post the new version here with a new effective date.
